A few years of barely scraping by once marked our way station to homeownership. We're no longer sure it's a temporary stop for a growing number of Minnesotans.
The families whose homes we walk through today likely envisioned an ascent into the solid middle class. And why not? They watched valuations rise, home equity loans were easy to find, and the Go Shopping President assured them his policies meant a booming economy.
